Areas of Focus
Who I work with
Every client arrives with a different story and a different definition of what feeling well means to them. If any of the below resonates, I would love to connect.
Fertility, pregnancy & postpartum
Whether you are preparing your body for conception, nourishing a growing pregnancy, or recovering in the postpartum period, the guidance available is often contradictory, generic, or simply not tailored to where you are right now.
Postpartum nutrition is perhaps the most overlooked chapter of all. Many clients come to me in this season feeling depleted, foggy, and disconnected from themselves. We work to replenish what has been lost and build a way of eating that is genuinely supportive.
Blood sugar & metabolic health
If you've been told your blood sugar is elevated, received a prediabetes or type 2 diabetes diagnosis, or simply notice that your energy crashes after meals, your hunger feels unpredictable, or your cravings are impossible to manage — there's a reason for that, and it's addressable.
My approach is not about eliminating entire food groups or following a restrictive protocol. It's about understanding how your body responds to food and building a sustainable way of eating that supports stable energy, better sleep, improved mood, and long-term metabolic health.
Weight management
If you've spent years in the cycle of starting over — a new plan, a new set of rules, early progress followed by frustration — you already know that the conventional approach to weight loss isn't working for you. That's not a personal failing. It's a signal that something about the approach needs to change.
We build something realistic — not a perfect version of eating that requires everything to go right, but an approach that holds up on the hard days, the busy weeks, and the moments when motivation is low.
General wellness & feeling your best
Not every client comes with a diagnosis or a specific condition to address. Some simply know that something feels off — energy that never quite recovers, digestion that isn't quite right, a general sense of not feeling as well as they'd like to.
There is no prerequisite for wanting to feel better. Whether you are looking for a comprehensive nutritional reset or simply wanting a knowledgeable partner to help you sort through the noise — this is where we start.
