I work with adults 18 and older who are ready to take a more intentional approach to their health — whether that means managing a specific condition, navigating a major life transition, or simply wanting to feel better.

All sessions are completed virtually via Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record, or via phone call depending on your preference. I am not offering in-person sessions at this time.

No, Enriched Nutrition is a self-pay practice and does not accept health insurance. This allows me to provide personalized, flexible care without the limitations that often come with insurance-based practice. I'm happy to provide a superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes! HSA/FSA cards are accepted as a form of payment through my secure client portal. Nutrition counseling may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement when visits are related to a specific medical condition diagnosed by your doctor. Common qualifying conditions include diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, obesity, celiac disease, kidney disease, and IBS, among others. General wellness visits without a diagnosed condition typically do not qualify.
To find out if you're eligible, call the number on the back of your HSA/FSA card and ask whether nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian is a covered expense and whether a Letter of Medical Necessity is required. If one is needed, I'm happy to provide a template to make that process simple.
Please note that a valid backup payment method is required on file. You are responsible for verifying your eligibility prior to using HSA/FSA funds, and any declined transactions will be charged to your backup payment method.
